Eliminating Toxic Relationships - Watch this video + Read below


Welcome to Day 4!

Let’s keep the ball rolling!

Today we’re going to be discussing the important subject: Toxic Relationships.


Every person has toxic relationships in their life. At least up to a certain point in their lives. People who constantly criticize. Who never stop complaining. Who only focus on the negative. Who dump all their problems on others.

These toxic relationships are INCREDIBLY detrimental to self-esteem. They can make you feel bad all the time and put a dark cloud over your head, if you let it. But even if you don't, after a while this can become draining and you find yourself depleted.

2. Destroy your image

3. Drive you crazily

4. Dispose your dreams

5. Discredit your imagination

6. Defame your abilities

7. Disbelieve your opinions

This is why negative people must be, if not eliminated from your life, then drastically minimized. They will drag you down, crush your self-esteem, and leave you miserable. Sounds familiar?

It’s time for you to SURROUND yourself with people who affirm and value you. With people who love you for who YOU are. People who inspire you and drive you forward. You need to surround yourself with people who are the type of people you receive inspiration from or leave you empowered. Yes or Yes?



Take out a sheet of paper and write down the three relationships that have the most toxic effect on you.

Take time to think through this. Who criticizes you the most? Complains the most? Dumps their problems on you the most? Who always makes you feel like garbage.

Resolve to spend less time with these people. You may not be able to cut these people out of your life, but you can certainly spend less time with them. Or if they are close family, you can approach them about how you feel. Stand your ground. Draw your boundaries. Create space for yourself to thrive.

Now write down the 3 most positive people in your life. Those who encourage and affirm you them most. Those who make you feel happy. Those who appreciate you the most. Cannot find 3? Start with one.

Resolve to spend MORE time with this person(s). Call one of them immediately and set up a time to hang out together.

By eliminating toxic relationships and replacing them with positive ones, you’ll see a dramatic improvement in your self-esteem. Why? Because your vibrational frequency changes by cutting the people out of your life who unconsciously (or some consciously) drag it down.

Okay, now it’s your turn. Remember to write down the three negative people you’ll spend less time with and the three positive people you’re going to spend more time with. Overtime, you want to increase the number of positive people in your life and completely eliminate or minimize the time and conversations you spend with the ones who are negative.

Time to Detox your life. Cut out the BS. Empower Yourself.
